About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Change Deployment Manager, you’ll be responsible for deploying transformational change across delivery units. - Support larger revisions and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with national agreements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, communicate, and embed change effectively.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and report on delivery against project milestones.
- Ensure operational readiness through data validation, stakeholder engagement, and training.
- Complete post-implementation reviews and handovers to business-as-usual teams.
About You
You’re a confident communicator and experienced change agent with an understanding of logistical operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at influencing, coaching, and managing multiple priorities.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in Delivery Operations supply chain management, logistics, field services, or similar environments.
- Strong project management, problem solving, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to lead and support organisational change, ideally in unionized settings.
- Solid IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis platforms (e.g., QlikView or similar) is a plus.
- Knowledge of project or change management methodologies (APM PFQ or Prosci certification desirable).
Ideally the successful candidate will be based in the Cumbria area as the role will require travel to various locations in the area.
Extra Benefits
- Family friendly support - enhanced maternity pay, paternity leave, adoption leave and shared parental leave.
- Discounts and offers - there are more than 800 offers to help you save on things like groceries, days out, holidays and your household bills.
- Supportive and generous company sick pay.
