Salary: We offer an industry-leading pay and benefits package with an annual salary of £22,120.28 plus Scottish Distant Islands Allowance (SDIA)= £2,500

Qualification:

  • Level 6 Postal Apprenticeship
  • Potential to obtain Level 7 Management Qualification

Hours: Full Time, 41 hours per week – You\’ll work five days a week with two days off. Start times range from 07:00 to 10:00, Monday to Saturday. Flexibility is key to meeting the needs of our customers.

Your Day-to-Day

As a Management Pipeline Apprentice, you\’ll:

  • Start your day sorting and preparing mail
  • Deliver parcels and letters with care and efficiency
  • Represent Royal Mail with pride and professionalism
  • Provide outstanding customer service on your route
