Join Royal Mail as the strategic lead shaping our Wholesale letters product portfolio. You will define the long‐term product vision, guide product development from concept to launch, and ensure our offerings meet customer needs while driving commercial performance in a rapidly evolving market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead monitoring and review of Wholesale letter services to ensure future fit design and optimal contribution.
- Own the end‐to‐end pricing process, from strategy input to deployment.
- Analyse market and customer behaviour to refine product and pricing decisions.
- Identify product development opportunities aligned with operational capabilities.
- Lead engagement with Wholesale customers and the wider letters industry.
- Own the Wholesale price plan monitoring process.
- Represent Commercial Letters across regulation, legal, technology, and operations.
- Accountable for Mailmark product specifications and industry‐aligned efficiency.
- Drive new revenue growth through Royal Mail incentives portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Experience of product strategy, roadmaps, and end‐to‐end delivery.
- Proven leadership skills with experience guiding product managers or cross‐functional teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
- Data‐driven decision maker able to interpret market trends and customer insight.
- Able to influence senior stakeholders across diverse functions.
- Minimum five years in product management, product leadership or equivalent.
- Experience of working with blue‐chip customers in regulated industries highly desirable.
- Track record of delivering improved revenue, customer experience, or operational efficiency.
