For Royal Mail to run an efficient operation we are looking for 2 Administrators to join our Greenford Mail Centre to provide vital administration support to strengthen the unit performance.
A bit about you:
- You’ll have basic IT and data entry skills to support daily administration.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.

Admin duty 1: Working between 11:25hrs – 19:25hrs Monday to Friday. You will work closely with the resource duty to verify driver’s hours and undertake all vehicle information and administration duties. Including the following:
- Compliance: Vehicle and driver compliance, maintenance of 'O' licence, NOIP / PCN records, maintain P107, update skills register, computer based tasks.
- Planning: Late shift planning (adhoc collections), work closely with resource duty to verify driver’s hours, download vehicle information, telemetry management, vision management.
- Reporting: Hire vehicle mileage records and tracking, fuel reports, missing mileage reports.
- Customer service (Telephone): Handling internal and external telephone enquiries in a professional, efficient, and customer-focused manner.
Admin duty 2: Working between 13:40 hrs and 21:40hrs Monday to Friday. You will undertake all the day-to-day vehicle information administration duties. Including the following:
- Administration and Record Handling: Use of basic IT and data entry skills to support daily administration (pay bills, data entry, etc.) Download of vehicle information, vision management, microlise management.
- Vehicle Key Coordination: Security of vehicle keys, fuel information, vehicle off road information.
- Customer service (Telephone and Face to Face): Handling internal and external telephone and face to face enquiries in a professional, efficient, and customer-focused manner.
