Location: Midlands Super Hub, Crick, NN6 7HQ

Upcoming start date: 1st September 2025

Starting salary: £14,368 – £22,860 (age dependent)

Working hours: Up to 40 hours per week

Over the 3-4 year programme, you\’ll explore robotics, machine intelligence, and more, guided by senior mentors. Develop the skills to become an Automation Maintenance Technician and obtain your Level 3 Engineering Technician Apprenticeship.

What we\’re looking for:

If you\’re interested in how things work, have a logical way of working, and want to learn and develop in a hands-on role, this scheme is for you. You don\’t need to be an expert engineer before you join, as we will support you all the way.

What you do need is a natural curiosity and a strong work ethic. We\’re looking for people who can work well as part of a team and are driven to find the answers to problems.

You will be aged 16+ and have 5 GCSEs (or predicted) at Grade 4/C or above including Maths, English, and Science.
