From £34,955, 10% annual bonus potential, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising with service and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Change Deployment Manager, you will be responsible for deploying transformational change across delivery units. Whether leading revisions or supporting commercial projects, you will ensure high-quality, sustainable change that delivers measurable benefits. You will work closely with operational managers and union representatives to ensure readiness, engagement, and successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver small to medium-sized unit revisions using tools like GeoRoute and Duty Manager.
- Support larger revisions and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with national agreements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, communicate, and embed change effectively.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and report on delivery against project milestones.
- Ensure operational readiness through data validation, stakeholder engagement, and training.
- Complete post-implementation reviews and handovers to business-as-usual teams.
About You
You are a confident communicator and experienced change agent with an understanding of logistical operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at influencing, coaching, and managing multiple priorities.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in (Delivery Operations) supply chain management, logistics, field services, or similar environments.
- Strong project management, problem solving, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to lead and support organisational change, ideally in unionized settings.
- Solid IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis platforms (e.g., QlikView or similar) is a plus.
- Knowledge of project or change management methodologies (APM PFQ or Prosci certification desirable).
