Location: Croydon Delivery Office, CR0 3RL

Job type: Permanent contract

Hours: 30 hours per week; working 5 days across Monday – Sunday, between 13:55 and 19:55. Due to operational demand, you will be required to work Saturday and Sunday, according to a local rota/plan.

It’s not just about driving and deliveries. Prepping your van and workload for the day, you will use route‑planning technology tools to ensure each parcel gets to the right place at the right time.

  • Enjoy a multi‑drop driving role, delivering parcels across the week in the assigned area
  • Possess a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

  • A guaranteed hourly rate of £15.50p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours).
  • Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of x1.25 for any hours worked over 40 hours a week.
  • 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours a week).

As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you are expected to securely deliver all items on your route, including handling and delivering election materials and certain items (such as food products or alcohol) in line with Royal Mail business standards.
