Hours: 23 hours per week, working 5 days across Mon-Sun, working between 15:00 or 10:00 and 16:00 or 19:00 with occasional Sunday working.

It\’s not just about driving and deliveries. It\’s checking post-boxes, popping into post offices, visiting our business customers at a prearranged time, collecting the mail, and dropping it off at our processing centres. You will sort mailbags and ensure each piece goes to the right place, at the right time. You deliver much more than just letters and parcels. You deliver for the people. Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver mail and parcels to customers and business locations following local routes and schedules.
- Check post-boxes and visit post offices as part of the daily duties.
- Collect mail from customers and drop it off at processing centres.
- Sort mailbags and ensure correct routing and timely delivery.
- Support customers with a high level of service and represent the Royal Mail brand in the community.

- A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06 p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours).
- Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of x1.25 for any hours worked over 40 hours a week.
- 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours a week) and the option to buy extra leave each year.
