About the Role
As a multi-drop delivery driver you deliver parcels across the week in the assigned area, ensuring each parcel reaches its destination at the right time and responding to customers on the day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare van and workload each day.
- Use route-planning technology to optimise deliveries.
- Deliver parcels safely and reliably within specified time windows.
- Maintain a positive customer experience and act as an ambassador for Royal Mail.
Qualifications
- Full UK manual driving licence, no more than 6 penalty points.
- Organised, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Self-motivated, upbeat and committed to excellent customer service.
