We\’re looking for Solutions Architects to join our Data, Integration Platforms & Shared Services team, reporting to the Lead Domain Architect you\\\’ll help shape the architectural backbone that enables innovation across the business-from cloud-native data platforms to modern integration patterns and shared capabilities.
This is a hands-on, forward-thinking role where you\\\’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and business partners to design solutions that are robust, scalable, and future-ready. You\\\’ll be instrumental in delivering the platforms that support our long-term growth and customer impact.
Responsibilities
- Interpret Business Needs: Translate business and technical requirements into clear architectural designs that support long-term product evolution and strategic goals.
- Assess Technology: Evaluate current systems for gaps and opportunities, guide end-of-life decisions, and recommend improvements to reduce technical debt and enhance efficiency.
- Apply Technology: Lead solution design across platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security, and performance. Collaborate across teams to deliver robust, integrated solutions that drive business outcomes.
What you\\\’ll bring
- Experience designing solutions in complex environments, ideally within financial services
- Strength in one or more of the following:
- Integration architecture using APIs, event-driven design, CQRS
- Data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Fabric, Power BI
- Platform engineering and shared services enablement
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, especially Azure and .NET
- A curious mindset and a passion for applying emerging tech to real-world challenges
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build consensus across diverse teams
