Purpose of the Role:

The Data Management Analyst will support the Data Management Lead in enhancing the effectiveness of how data is used across Royal London. Your work will directly contribute to our overall purpose of helping people protect and grow their financial assets. By assisting in the implementation of data management practices and fostering a culture of data stewardship, you’ll help us deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Assisting in establishing and maintaining data management practices and standards.
  2. Supporting data quality and integrity initiatives across the organization.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data management projects.
  4. Working with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
  5. Providing expertise in data governance and data quality management.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Experience in regulatory compliance, interpretation and application of regulatory standards.
  2. Strong Business Analysis experience.
  3. Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities.
  4. Experience in data quality management and data governance principles, BCBS 239 or similar.
  5. Ability to prioritise and plan in line with business demands.
  6. Experience with Data Management Tools, e.g., IBM InfoSphere, Collibra, Informatica CMDC, Ataccama, or similar.
