We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Content Designer to join our Content Design team on a 12-month fixed Term contract to be based in either our Edinburgh, London, or Alderley Edge offices.
This role is pivotal in shaping the digital narrative of our organisation, ensuring that our content is not only engaging but also aligns with our strategic business objectives.
As a Senior Content Designer, you will leverage your expertise in user-centered design principles to create compelling digital experiences that resonate with our users.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand and Marketing, Digital Transformation and Digital Estate, to produce innovative and effective content that enhances our digital presence.
You will support the development of great user experiences for our customers and build our brand through the design of digital content that maximises customers’ engagement with our propositions by connecting our solutions with customer’s needs.
This position demands a deep understanding of content design trends, user experience and the financial services landscape, enabling you to deliver high-quality content that meets regulatory requirements while also driving user engagement and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing digital environments.
About the role
- Design, create and iteratively improve high-quality user-centred content experiences and take responsibility for content quality and the effectiveness of digital content solutions for content projects supported by the team.
- Review and collaboratively work with other content designers and marketing experts.
- Contribute to the development and raise the profile of our multi-disciplinary digital content practice.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, understanding, influencing, and working with them to improve the quality of digital content and experiences.
