We have an opportunity to join the Scrum Master team in the Long-Standing Customers & Annuities Value Stream. As a Scrum Master, you will contribute to the squad’s success through effective leadership and coaching, helping to deliver outcomes beneficial to our customers and members. You will also support the adoption of an open, inquisitive approach to innovation, drive cross-functional efficiency, and enhance the effectiveness and value of change execution, including the adoption of agile principles, values, processes, and tools. About The Role Own the Scrum process within the team, ensuring its success and leading agile delivery from inception to implementation. Support the Product Owner in organizing and managing the backlog, and implementing best practices in backlog refinement and prioritization using various tools and techniques. Assist the team in visualizing their work and processes, including using metrics to understand performance and identify improvement areas. Encourage the team to be self-managing, deliver value incrementally, and resolve blockers effectively. Drive successful delivery by focusing on goals, leveraging agile practices, tools, and techniques. About You Expert knowledge of agile principles and practices, with the ability to train, coach, and collaborate with senior stakeholders. Experience with one or more of the following: People leadership and team performance coaching. Technical background in agile scaling, scrum mastering, or product innovation. Architecture, coding, test engineering, or dev ops, supporting technical craftsmanship. Organizational change, transformation, change management, systems thinking, or behavioral science. Passionate about business outcomes and agility, with a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent communication skills, motivating others, and maintaining calmness when needed.
