We are looking for an experienced Marketing Change Lead to help drive new marketing strategies and business growth. Join our collaborative, creative team and work on innovative projects . This is a specialist role leading the next phase of Marketing change and modernisation in the Workplace futures programme at Royal London. This role will play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of the programme, supported by change specialists (PM, PMO, Business architects) and proposition experts. This role will interface with the Brand & Marketing Leadership Team to ensure business requirements are clear and benefits are achieved by successful delivery
About the Role
- Lead and manage marketing change initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute change management plans.
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support change initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing any issues.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing team.
