Our Investment Solutions team aims to provide a market leading set of Investment Propositions in each of the channels in which we operate, helping customers build financial resilience and achieve their financial goals.
As a senior analyst you would have responsibilities across a variety of team activities, while focusing on customer outcomes. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing our Consumer Duty & Outcomes Monitoring framework that explores how our customers engage with and use our investment options.
Within the wider UK Commercial function, this is a unique opportunity to shape and enhance our investment proposition, supporting innovative projects at the heart of our business. As an integral part of the team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the business and contribute directly to projects that define the future of our investment offerings.
Your insights and analytical skills will help ensure our clients have access to the best possible solutions, making a real impact on their financial futures.
About the role
- Design, develop, and evolve our investment proposition framework aligned with Consumer Duty & Outcomes monitoring requirements.
- Effective management of issues to resolution through business units, other functions and appropriate governance of Boards and Committees
- Support the delivery of actionable insights for formal Investment Proposition reviews to improve customer outcomes and drive continuous improvement, including developing of customer treatment strategies.
- Analyse market developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to inform proposition strategy and delivery.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure good customer outcomes are maintained, and appropriate communications and guidance are provided.
- Contribute to the development and presentation of investment propositions to key stakeholders.
- Lead and/or participate in projects and initiatives that underpin the team’s purpose.
About you
- Proven experience in investment propositions, with a strong understanding of Consumer Duty & Outcomes Monitoring.
- Skilled in creating and evolving governance frameworks that deliver measurable customer benefit.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex data to support decision-making.
- Experience working in a regulated environment, ideally within life, pensions, or investment management.
- Excellent communicator, able to present technical information clearly to a range of audiences.
- A collaborative approach, comfortable working across teams to deliver shared objectives.
- Relevant professional qualifications (such as IMC or CFA) or working towards them would be advantageous.
