Our Investment Solutions team aims to provide a market leading set of Investment Propositions in each of the channels in which we operate, helping customers build financial resilience and achieve their financial goals.
As an analyst you would have responsibilities across a variety of team activities, while focusing on customer outcomes. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing our Consumer Duty & Outcomes Monitoring framework that explores how our customers engage with and use our investment options.
Within the wider UK Commercial function, this is a unique opportunity to shape and enhance our investment proposition, supporting innovative projects at the heart of our business. As an integral part of the team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the business and contribute directly to projects that define the future of our investment offerings.
Your insights and analytical skills will help ensure our clients have access to the best possible solutions, making a real impact on their financial futures.
About the role
This is a great opportunity to build your experience in investment propositions while contributing to meaningful work that supports good customer outcomes.
- Assist in the development of our investment proposition framework, ensuring alignment with Consumer Duty and Outcomes Monitoring requirements.
- Help track and resolve issues by working with different business units and governance forums.
- Support the delivery of insights for Investment Proposition reviews, helping to shape strategies that improve customer outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activity to inform proposition development.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure communications and guidance support good customer outcomes.
- Contribute to the preparation and presentation of investment propositions to stakeholders.
- Get involved in projects and initiatives that support the team’s goals and your own development.
About you
- Experience in investment analysis, proposition development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and drawing insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in finance, economics, or a related discipline are desirable.
