Job Title: Content Marketing Specialist (Pensions and Investment)
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Edinburgh, Alderley Edge or London
Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based
A newly created position is available for a Content Marketing Specialist with experience in pensions and investments-related content marketing planning and delivery. The role involves building out our investment content strategy and executing content plans to support our Brand & Marketing strategy and trading objectives.
The candidate will create compelling content across various formats and media, collaborate with marketing teams to deploy content, and measure its effectiveness. They will also coordinate with other parts of the business, including Royal London Asset Management, to repurpose relevant content.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in content marketing, preferably within financial services.
About the role
- Plan, develop, and deliver investment content supporting the marketing plan using appropriate formats and media.
- Ensure content activities support new business targets and strategic objectives, including brand building.
- Manage day-to-day content planning and delivery, identifying relevant themes for adviser, customer, and employer audiences.
- Utilize data and insights to optimize content performance.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects for major campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify and manage internal specialists and external suppliers to support content activities.
- Work with other business areas to develop compelling messages and content.

- Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in similar roles or journalism.
