Job Title: Senior Scrum Master

Contract Type: Permanent

This role is ideal for a seasoned agile professional with a proven track record of delivering business-facing solutions in complex environments. You will work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure that business benefits are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to join RLAM at a pivotal time, as we focus on delivering meaningful business outcomes through incremental, value-driven delivery, while continuously improving how we work.

About the role

  • Coordinate Agile teams\’ work and interactions with stakeholders.
  • Ensure Agile understanding across teams.
  • Facilitate improvement activities, external reporting, and removal of obstacles.
  • Support the Development Team in building working software.
  • Coach the development team.
  • Support the Product Owner.
  • Provide a service to the organisation.
  • Demonstrate positive behaviours reflecting an adaptive and agile mindset.

About you

  • Active Scrum Master experience, ideally within Asset Management or Financial Services.
  • Good understanding of software development and roles involved.
  • Flexible and adaptable to different business and technical environments.
  • Delivery-focused.
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and organisation skills.
  • Understanding of stakeholder and team objectives, challenges, and needs.
  • Strong leadership skills and a positive, energising attitude.
  • Ability to listen, challenge, and influence.
  • Team player.
