We are seeking an ambitious strategy consultant to join our team, collaborating with senior leaders to shape our AI priorities and approach, transforming our business and delivering greater value to our customers and clients.

Reporting to the Head of Data & AI Strategy, you will develop key elements of our AI strategy and roadmap for adoption, while coordinating strategic initiatives to leverage AI for customer value.

This role bridges cutting-edge Data and AI technologies with real-world business opportunities. Your critical thinking and AI expertise will ensure we identify key opportunities to fulfill our purpose, differentiate our business, and improve organizational effectiveness.

About the role

  • Research and share insights on emerging AI trends to identify actionable opportunities that increase customer and business value.
  • Define key elements of the AI value proposition with stakeholders, evaluate strategic opportunities for value, and assess options and architectures.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance our data & AI maturity, establishing a scalable operating model aligned with our business strategy to accelerate AI adoption and embrace new ways of working.
  • Represent the Group Data & AI Office in key forums to ensure enterprise-wide clarity and alignment on strategic priorities and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Business, Transformation, Technology, and other partners to define our Data & AI Strategy and translate it into an actionable implementation roadmap.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts across Data & AI communities of practice, technology, and change management to transition strategic opportunities from strategy to delivery.

About You

  • Consultancy skills: strong business acumen and outcome-focused mindset
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of AI, including Generative AI, Machine Learning Operations, and LLM Ops
  • Experience in strategy development, execution, and transformational leadership involving data, AI, or digital, with proven impact on value creation
  • Beneficial: Knowledge of financial services or experience in transformation within high-volume, regulated industries such as telecommunications or media
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels, including C-Suite, to pitch ideas and foster collaboration
