We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior UX Designer who will design and deliver innovative, inclusive, and customer-focused experiences that truly meet customer needs and expectations. These experiences will be informed by data, powered by technology, and brought to life through creativity-strengthening customer relationships and ensuring positive outcomes. The Senior UX Designer will work closely with key stakeholders and project teams to research and design excellent customer experiences that support the business needs to the agreed timescales and quality. In addition, the role will contribute towards UX approaches across the design practice team to ensure a consistent and high-quality output for internal and external digital products and services.
Qualifications
- 3 years industry experience working in similar roles
- Extensive understanding of usability, research methodologies, design best practices and complex interaction design.
- Expert in responsive and adaptive web design with mobile first thinking
- Excellent understanding of accessibility standards
- Excellent understanding of user-centred design.
- Experience conducting moderated or unmoderated user research.
- Extensive practical experience of rapid prototyping / wire-framing using industry tools.
- Pro‑active and results orientated
- Confident engaging and influencing stakeholders
- Comfortable being vocal and challenging opinions with data backed evidence.
- Ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
