Are you a Proposition Manager/ Analyst, Operations SME or Workplace Savings Specialist looking for a growth opportunity that builds towards a future leadership role as a Product Owner?
We are looking to hire a Senior Proposition Analyst with experience in development and delivery of propositions to help shape the development of the future workplace proposition at Royal London. You will work closely with the Product Owners to take responsibility for designing and continuously evolving our workplace proposition.
You will work within a squad and will be responsible for reimagining the employer or member experience. You will be expected to take the lead on complicated aspects of proposition design as well as supporting the Product Owners and Proposition Analysts in defining requirements. You will be expected to work closely with our delivery teams and partners to drive change in our proposition and to improve the capabilities, experiences and outcomes for our customers, employers, and financial advisers.
About the role
- Lead role in the design, development and delivery of Royal London’s future workplace proposition.
- Prioritises the right customer, adviser and employer business problems based on data and insights, considering alignment to Royal London’s purpose and workplace growth strategy.
- Deal with a complex technical and business landscapes to ensure they align to Royal London propositions goals and allow for future agility in the workplace market.
- Champions customer led design to ensure that design thinking principles are applied to new features.
- Test solutions and experiences with customers, and advisers and gather continuous feedback to inform future design.
- Take a logical approach to problem solving, analysing all options and recommending those that are most optimal.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team, partners and the wider business to optimise the success of the solutions and experiences we design.
- Understands the competitive landscape and makes sure Royal London remains innovative in the workplace market.
- Articulates the future workplace proposition, and priorities, to stakeholders.
- Understands risk responsibilities to support governance processes and regulatory (TPR and FCA) requirements.
About you
- A track record of driving changes to enhance customer value, from ideation to market launch, working alongside change functions.
- Has delivered change through a variety of delivery methods in financial services.
- Has worked in a complex technical environment on major change initiatives.
- Experienced of developing an administration platform for workplace customers.
- Understands trends in the workplace market, particularly, innovation in the retirement market and the employer experience.
- Ability to work as part of a cross functional team but with the ability to progress initiatives autonomously.
- Confident written and verbal communications to both internal and external audiences.
- A willingness to take ownership of problems and show accountability.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
