Overview
Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) has an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join our Outsourced Operations team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing existing relationships with our key accounts, ensuring consistency for our customers and contributing to both BAU and continuous improvement initiatives to help shape our operational model.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective monitoring, control and provision of Transfer Agency services.
- Conduct regular reviews and ensure reporting of service levels and issues in line with RLAM\’s requirements for delivery and quality.
- Design and implement a process for feeding service providers\’ KPIs into the monthly operations report.
- Undertake and support required amendments to Service Level Agreements and contracts with the Transfer Agency.
- Attend governance meetings and ensure they are documented accurately.
- Manage day-to-day queries related to contracted Service Level Agreements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven relationship management experience within a Transfer Agency or overseeing a Transfer Agency within an Asset Management company is essential.
- Stakeholder management experience with the ability to manage and set expectations, hold people to account to ensure outputs are delivered on time.
- Oversight, governance, and relationship management experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of trade life cycle and investment management processes.
- Detailed CASS and AML knowledge and experience is required.
- Understanding of investment instruments including equities, fixed income, money market, derivatives (futures, options, swaps, CFD, CDS, etc).
