About the role
- Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, covering modules like Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Architect and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium, handling complex D365 UI elements and navigation.
- Collaborate with functional and business teams to identify and automate key business processes and critical CRM workflows.
- Drive performance and load testing for D365 CRM, validating page load times and supporting large datasets and user volumes.
- Responsible for defining the test strategy—planning scope, approach, tools, timelines, and risks—and for managing the test team by assigning tasks, guiding execution, tracking progress, resolving issues, and reporting quality status to stakeholders.
About you
- Experienced Test Engineer with a proven track record in test automation for web-based enterprise applications; expertise in D365 CRM preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitLab CI, and version control using GitHub or Azure repos.
- Ability to manage dynamic UI challenges, implement advanced locator strategies, and debug complex automation issues.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with testers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
