Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the IDAM strategy, aligning with security, compliance, and business objectives.
- Lead the deployment and automation of SailPoint, Active Directory/Entra, and drive AI-powered identity processes.
- Set vision, inspire your team, and engage senior stakeholders, external auditors, and the board.
- Own and mature the identity function, integrating IAM with HR and IT systems, and championing zero-trust and automation.
Extensive experience in Identity & Access Management, with deep expertise in SailPoint, AD/Entra, and automation. - Ideally, exposure to AI-driven IAM and regulated environments (financial services preferred).
- Experience in large IT consultancies serving financial clients is highly valued.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery at executive level.
