Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, we are seeking an ambitious and client-focused Wills & Probate Solicitor to join our highly regarded Private Client team in Warwickshire.

The Role

You will manage a varied and rewarding private client caseload, advising a broad range of clients on:

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Inheritance Tax planning
  • Trusts and succession matters
  • General private client advisory work

You will work closely with experienced colleagues on high-quality matters while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own caseload and build lasting client relationships.

About You

We are keen to hear from solicitors who have:

  • Ideally minimum of 2 years' PQE in Private Client law
  • Strong experience in Wills, Probate and estate administration matters
  • Good working knowledge of Inheritance Tax and related private client issues
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • A professional, empathetic and personable approach
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
  • A genuine desire to develop their career within a leading firm
