Location: Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, UK (CV32 4)

Employment type: Temporary – long term with potential to move to a permanent contract after a qualifying period.

FULL driving licence – REQUIRED – International Driving Licences Accepted.

Pay & Shift Details

• Fixed AM shift 05:00 – 13:00 (Mon‑Fri): £13.50 per hour (£14.63 with Shift Allowance for permanent roles)
• Fixed PM shift 13:00 – 21:00 (Mon‑Fri): £15.00 per hour (£16.25 with Shift Allowance for permanent roles)
• Hourly pay ranges from £15.00 to £16.25 per hour depending on shift.
• Shift allowance applicable.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklifts (minimum 6 months prior experience).
• Load and unload machines from conveyor belt systems.
• Load and unload from delivery vehicles.
• Ensure all processes are followed and safety procedures are maintained.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Be able to work unsupervised when required.
• Adhere to health and safety rules on site.
• Participate in various tasks as directed.
