Royal Leamington Spa is seeking an experienced CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator to join their precision engineering team in the UK. Working on 3+2 axis milling machines with Heidenhain controls, you will programme, set and operate to produce high-precision components from engineering drawings.
The role runs a 4 on / 4 off days shift from 07:30 to 18:00, with overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours.
The ideal candidate has experience reading drawings, selects tooling, and maintains high quality.
