We act as an extension of clients' own organisations – their out-of-house travel department. We are recruiting for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our Leamington Spa based team. This role will be based at our Leamington office with a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) after successful probation/training, depending on skills and experience. This is an exciting time to join as we rapidly expand our operations team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high levels of customer service by handling enquiries and reservations, responding professionally, arranging and confirming bookings, and building traveller profiles to meet needs.
- Research options for clients to ensure the best deals are found.
- Process E-tickets and travel documentation.
- Offer advice on options for each itinerary, including visas, passport requirements and vaccinations.
- Handle refunds and cancellations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Motivated, passionate individual with prior experience in business travel.
- Experience using Sabre GDS; Galileo experience considered.
- Excellent telephone manner, verbal reasoning skills and attention to detail.
- Confident in dealing directly with clients face to face.
- Available to work between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm on a rota basis.
