As the Business support co-ordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of a fast-paced, hybrid organisation. You will enable teams to work efficiently across remote and in-office environments by managing the business calendar, supporting leaders with planning and preparation, and acting as a trusted go-to for I.T systems and tools.
Alongside this, you will oversee the Royal Leamington Spa office, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-functioning environment that supports both physical and virtual teamwork.
- Create efficiencies and effectiveness in hybrid and remote ways of working by managing the business calendar across teams and leadership - liaising with stakeholders to plan and prepare effectively for meetings and key activities.
- Act as a trusted internal systems and IT advisor, supporting Microsoft Office 365 tools (Teams, Channels, SharePoint, meetings) and effective use of our CRM system.
- Enhance processes and practices through improved system use and appropriate AI integration, embedding and maintaining best practice across tools and workflows.
- Oversee the Royal Leamington Spa office, ensuring a well-resourced, safe, secure, and compliant physical and virtual working environment, while maintaining an efficient workspace and managing office supplies, stationery, and supplier relationships.
