Responsibilities

  • To collect department keys from guest safety as per SOP at shift start and return them responsibly at the end of the shift.
  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, and package laundry items according to type and care instructions.
  • Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment, including a dry-cleaning machine, efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure guests’ laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing are collected within 10 minutes and delivered back according to SOP and guests’ requests.
  • Greet and use the guest's name when collecting from the room.
  • Make eye contact with the guest and display a genuine, friendly approach.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for a warm, professional, and attentive Valet Attendant.
  • Prior experience as a Valet Attendant in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment is required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential.
  • All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
