We are currently looking for a passionate Talent andCulture Manager, to join our Talent & Culture Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently deliveringmemorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It isimportant to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support ourhappy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diversebackgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not justjobs.
As a Talent and Culture Manager, your main duties andexpectations for the role will include:
- Lead theimplementation of all Talent & Culture policies and processes.
- Champion avibrant, inclusive workplace culture that celebrates diversity andindividuality, leading employee engagement activities, recognition events, teamsocials, well-being initiatives and mental health awareness activities.
- Ensurefull compliance with employment legislation, policies and audit standards,maintaining accurate records for immigration, right-to-work, GDPR and Health& Safety, as well as accurate and compliant employee records, contracts andpersonnel files.
- Supportall team members and managers with advice on employee relations matters.
- Take responsibility for team development by proactivelyidentifying learning opportunities, having the appropriate knowledge to deliverand write relevant training, and ensure attendance at all agreed trainingsessions.
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary tofulfil their duties and in any event not less than hours.
