We are currentlylooking for a passionate Senior BreakfastChef, to join our Kitchen Departmenton a permanent basis, with animmediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments andfive star service to our guests and each other. As a Senior Breakfast Chef, your main dutiesand expectations for the role will include:

• Train and develop the team below your position including theapprentice chefs to the highest standard in line with the departmentalstandards and SOP’s.
• Report any health and safety issues or dangerous appliances orwork practices to your HOD or sous chef in his/her absence.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times and to be pro-activein learning and developing yourself and the team.
• Ensure you are compliant with all Food safety and health and safetypolicies.
• To assist in ensuring all mis en place is stored, date coded androtated in line with the company food safety policy.

You will be required to work 40 hoursper week, on a shift rota.
