We are currently looking for a passionate Hotel Manager, who is ready for the next step as General Manager, to join our General Manager and Executive team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a Hotel Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- To coordinate and guide managers from all departments, including front desk, accommodation services, and food and beverage including events as well as support finance, talent and Culture and Sales & Marketing with the General Manager
- Develop a close working relationship with all group and support functions to ensure the Collection is successful – celebrate joint wins.
- To monitor and identify training needs within the departments, and to develop and implement training plans to meet those needs.
- Develop succession planning within all teams.
- Foster a culture of ethical conduct, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the operational departments.
- To conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they are clean, well‑maintained, and meet quality standards, as well as identifying areas of improvement of touchpoints in relation to the guest journey.
- To manage day‑to‑day budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to improve the hotel's profitability.
- To support and drive service delivery in all areas to ensure guest satisfaction at all touch points and consistent improvements in delivery.
- Implementing revenue enhancement and cost reduction opportunities throughout the hotel.
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil your duties and in any event not less than hours.
