We are currently looking for a passionate Pastry Commis Chef, to join our Pastry Kitchen on a casual basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
Responsibilities
- Be compliant in the preparation and service of dishes as laid down by the department's SOP and in line with company 5-star standards.
- Assist in completing the daily check list regarding mis en place and food storage.
- Carry out all reasonable requests ensuring the quality of work is in line with the company 5-star standards.
- Ensure understanding and compliance of the hotel's food and health and safety policies.
- Work the hours according to your availability and business needs, and be notified by your manager when shifts are scheduled.
