We are currently looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Food and Beverage department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the “arrival experience”) with a smile and a clear Good morning/evening/afternoon.
- Escorts guests to the table, presents menu, shows buffet, describes specials, and beverage list, and uses available knowledge to exceed guests’ expectations.
- Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.
- Assists in opening and procedures in the outlets.
- Assists with clearing, re‑setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing, equipment, and maintaining the buffet, following departmental standards.
- Ability to work between 4:30 pm until 1:00 pm working hours depending on the operational demands.
- You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
