Join the team that Always Cares! We are looking for a passionate Director of Corporate & Leisure Sales at the Royal Lancaster London. Immediate start to deliver memorable moments and five star service in a diverse, happy environment.

\\nResponsibilities\\n

  • To develop a twelve-month sales action plan and review monthly with the Director of Sales and Marketing, incorporating Group (The Landmark London) activities as appropriate.
  • \\n
  • To achieve and maintain goals and activities as per the sales action plans for the sales team and personally.
  • \\n
  • To develop strategies based on business needs and ensure these strategies are implemented. Manage the Corporate & Leisure Markets and drive maximum fair market share to ensure maximum yield in line with hotel budget.
  • \\n
  • To be fully aware of the business travel and leisure travel market segments and understand their requirements, including major companies, corporate & leisure travel agents and tour operators.
  • \\n
  • Conduct proactive sales activity, including client entertaining, site inspections, fam trips (day and evening), National & International sales activity, sales trips, sales conferences, and attendance at industry associations to achieve sales goals.
  • \\n

  • Experience in corporate and leisure sales leadership in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
  • \\n
  • You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than hours.
