Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup and dismantling of event spaces, including furniture, staging, tables, chairs, and décor.
  • Ensure all event areas are correctly arranged according to function specifications and hotel standards.
  • Assist with unloading and moving event materials, including AV equipment, tableware, and supplies.
  • Conduct thorough post-event breakdown and resetting of spaces for future events.
  • Follow all health & safety, fire, and manual handling procedures.
  • Assist with post-event clean-up and resetting for future events.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

You will work the hours according to your availability and business needs, just notify your manager and they will schedule your shifts accordingly. All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
