We are currently looking for a passionate Guest Relation Executive to join our Guest Relations Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.
As a Guest Relation Executive, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- To provide a friendly and efficient welcome using guest names and information provided by a property management system
- Role models warm and open behaviour as a standard at all times
- Use various computer systems, Knowledge of Opera is highly preferred
- To keep guest profiles tidy, merging and keeping information and feedback up to date
- To be fully aware of all VIPs, care guests, and long stay guests arriving, residing or departing the hotel on any given day, assign appropriate Welcome card and amenities relating to a detailed Arrival check
- Be aware of the VIP amenities, family stay, celebration packages, stock and costing
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
