We are currently looking for a passionate Groups Coordinator , to join our Reservations team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Groups Coordinator, your main duties and expectations for the role will include: To provide a courteous and co-operative service to clients and other departments at all times To deal with all enquiries promptly and efficiently with a 8-working hour response time To assist with quotes on all group and incentive related enquiries and be responsible for converting business within the parameters set by the Revenue Manager Whenever possible, to upsell the hotels premium room types, promote hotel facilities and cross-sell sister properties To continuously strive to achieve maximum reservation accuracy to ensure a world class guest experience and accurate tracking of the business To check all accounting instructions have been agreed and ensure credit accounts exist and have been approved when necessary You will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
