We are currently looking for a passionate Events Service Manager to join our Events Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
As an Events Service Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- To manage and ensure that all opening and closing procedures are carried out in accordance with Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure Time & Attendance on Fourth Hospitality is accurately updated and maintained on a daily basis.
- To ensure that the budgeted figures for casual staffing are managed as per the weekly forecast and Rota accordingly.
- To attend weekly payroll meetings to ensure that the department is operating with the correct productivity and that payroll is controlled.
- To be fully conversant with ACOM and ordering procedures.
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil your duties and in any event not less than 40 hours.
