As a Demi Chef de Partie – 1st Floor Kitchen, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • Be compliant in the preparation and service of dishes as laid down by the department SOP and in line with company red-star standards
  • To ensure all mis en place is stored, date coded and rotated in line with company food safety policy.
  • To complete daily food safety check sheet temperature recording and fridge temperatures recording
  • Carry out all reasonable requests ensuring the quality of work is in line with red-star standards.
  • Train and develop the team below your position including the apprentice chefs to the highest standard in line with the departmental standards and SOP’s.
  • You will be required to work

40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
