As a Cluster Training Manager, you will be working within the Talent & Culture Department and report directly to the Group Director of Talent & Culture. You will be:
- Coordinating all training sessions within our London businesses
- Meeting the apprenticeships targets across the hotels
- Managing the training budgets across the businesses
- Facilitating training sessions across the businesses
- Responsible for projects as and when required
Essential for our Cluster Training Manager:
- Experience in a previous similar role
- Intermediate written and spoken level of English
- CIPD qualified preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays if required shift pattern will be applicable
