We are currently looking for a passionate Night Front House Porter, to join our Front of House Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a passionate Night Front House Porter your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- Deliver exceptional guest service – Greet and assist guests in the lobby with a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a luxury experience at all times.
- Handle guest luggage and requests – Provide standard porter services including delivering and storing luggage, rooming guests, and fulfilling guest requests promptly.
- Maintain lobby and public areas – Ensure the lobby and front-of-house areas are clean, tidy, and presentable, including polishing trolleys and cleaning entrance areas.
- Uphold security and confidentiality – Adhere to strict security procedures and maintain guest confidentiality at all times.
- Support team operations – Work flexibly with other departments, assist colleagues as needed, and adapt to changing shift requirements.
