We are looking for a warm, professional, and attentive Doorman to join our Guest Service team at Royal Lancaster London.
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play an integral role in delivering a genuine and personalised welcome, setting the tone for an exceptional stay.

We are seeking individuals with prior experience as a Doorman in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment who understand the importance of creating a warm, professional, and seamless guest experience.
This is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a fast paced and high performing hotel team renowned for their approach and delivery of unparalleled service:
- To ensure all customers are greeted with a warm welcome and to provide an efficient, proactive and memorable service in all areas of the hotel to all guests and visitors.
- Smooth running of the forecourt including; control of the traffic flow in and out, hailing taxi's, keeping the forecourt area tidy, load and unload luggage in the cars or taxis for customers, monitor the hotel entrance for suspicious activity and reports any such activity to Guest Safety.
- To provide a Valet parking service for arriving and departing guest's with detailed explanations in regards of the charges.
- To carry out any reasonable request made by a senior member of management and to be fully conversant with Hotel Fire Procedures, Company Security Procedures, Health & Safety Policy & Procedures and The Departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
- To be capable of clear communication including giving directions, to handle face-to-face enquiries from clients in a polite, efficient and friendly manner at all times and to anticipate guest needs with use of available knowledge and resources to meet these needs.
