We are currently looking for a passionate Host/Hostess – Nipa Restaurant, to join our Food and Beverage Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Host/Hostess – Nipa Restaurant, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- Assist in the opening and closing procedure of the outlet.
- Assists with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing equipment and maintaining the buffet (when applicable), following departmental standards.
- Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the “arrival experience”) with a smile and a clear Good morning/evening/afternoon.
- Escorts guest to the table, presents menu, shows buffet, describes specials, and beverage list and uses available knowledge to exceed guests’ expectations.
- Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
