We are currently looking for a passionate F&B Attendant - The Park, to join our Food and Beverage Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.
As a F&B Attendant - The Park, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- Assist in the opening and closing procedure of the outlet.
- Assists with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing equipment and maintaining the buffet (when applicable), following departmental standards.
- Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the "arrival experience") with a smile and a clear Good morning/evening/afternoon.
- Escorts guest to the table, presents menu, shows buffet, describes specials, and beverage list and uses available knowledge to exceed guests' expectations.
- Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
