We are currently looking for a passionate Bartender - Lounge Bar, to join our Food and Beverage department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.
As a Bartender - Lounge Bar, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- To adhere to the hours of work/shift system.
- To be punctual and to arrive at the outlet at the appropriate time (5 min before the beginning of the shift).
- Assists in opening and closing procedure in the outlets.
- Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.
- Assists with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing equipment and maintaining the buffet (when applicable), following departmental standards.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
