As a Groups Manager your main duties and expectations for the role will include: To lead the groups reservations in providing a courteous and co-operative service to clients and other departments at all times, supporting the Reservations department as a whole. To ensure the groups process is in place for the department and lead the team to achieve maximum reservation accuracy and ensure a world class guest experiences and service. To ensure all enquiries are dealt promptly and efficiently within an 8 working hours response time All group and incentive related enquiries are quoted within the parameters set by the Revenue Centre Manager/ Director of Revenue All accounting instructions are checked and approved and ensure sufficient credit accounts exist and have been approved when necessary All promotion codes are correct as well correct market segment segments are being used.
