Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

As a Portfolio Executive, you will support the development and management of a portfolio of professional learning and development products focused on Data, Technology & AI, Sustainability, Ethics and Professional Skills. Working closely with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders, you will research, design, launch and continuously improve learning solutions across a range of formats, including webinars, e-learning, virtual training programmes and conferences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market and customer research to identify emerging trends and learning needs.
  • Developing and refreshing engaging, high-quality learning products that align with strategic and commercial objectives.
  • Managing relationships with subject matter experts, trainers and content contributors throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure products are relevant and impactful across international markets.
  • Monitoring product performance, customer feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Supporting product launches through effective collaboration with marketing, partnerships and delivery teams.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and digital transformation within learning and development.

About You

You will have experience developing learning products, training programmes or professional development solutions, with a strong understanding of how to create engaging content that delivers commercial and customer value.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Experience in learning, training, events or professional development product management.
  • Strong research, analytical and project management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working collaboratively across teams.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how product performance contributes to business success.
  • An interest in learning trends, digital learning technologies and innovation.
  • A customer-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • An inclusive mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse global teams.
