Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
- Oversee design development, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with project briefs
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
- Support the development of junior team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing
- Take a hands-on approach to technical detailing, coordination, and problem-solving
- Ensure projects align with Building Regulations, planning requirements, and sustainability goals
- Play a key role in business development, helping to secure new projects through bids and presentations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years UK project experience
- Proven experience in leading and managing medium to large-scale projects
- Proficiency in Revit essential and experience working in a BIM environment
- A strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning policies, and sustainability standards
- Experience in sectors such as education, healthcare, science & research, or leisure is desirable
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise with clients.
